Another kitchen sidecar?
This is a great and affordable way to get into the local sustainable food movement. The startup costs are minimal, especially given the fact that you don't have to pay the price premium associated with the corner lot.
Gosh, I am so happy that our efforts have gone global. I also have a great video that teaches you to bring these birds fresh from farm to table.
For free range duck, you can expect to pay a little bit more (they don't have 4 breasts like KFC poultry "hehe")...but I think it's well worth it!
